Cause

The Coping Centre is a non-profit registered charity that provides support to families and individuals who have lost a loved one and are struggling with their grief. There is no cost to the participants.

Through efforts with staff and volunteers, Coping provides group supports for children as young as 5 years old, teens, young adults, bereaved parents, spousal loss, mixed loss and support for those who have lost through suicide. Coping also connects families to qualified counselling options, hosts educational seminars and runs a summer adventure camp for grieving children.
